Complete Rehabilitation with Monadnock Construction Inc.
In partnership with Monadnock Construction Inc., we completed the full rehabilitation of an affordable housing building — delivering a safer, more modern, and energy-efficient living environment. The comprehensive scope included interior upgrades, system-wide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, plus accessibility and sustainability enhancements.
Beyond the physical transformation, this project was defined by meaningful community engagement. We built strong, lasting relationships with tenants — particularly the Tenant Association Board of Directors — through open communication, collaboration, and shared commitment to the long-term success of the building and its residents.
Completed in 2023, on schedule and with no outstanding issues — a fully rehabilitated, energy-efficient, community-centered building that stands as a model for affordable housing redevelopment.

We're proud to have contributed to the successful buildout of Zeta Charter Schools in the Bronx — a project that reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and meaningful community impact. Working alongside Bolivar Builders, our team played a key role in bringing this modern educational facility to life.
Our scope of work included carpentry, flooring, paint, and tile installation, focused on durable, functional, and visually appealing finishes tailored to a high-traffic learning environment. From custom-built features to precision tile work, every detail was executed with care and professionalism.
