Complete Rehabilitation with Monadnock Construction Inc.

In partnership with Monadnock Construction Inc., we successfully completed the full rehabilitation of an affordable housing building, delivering a safer, more modern, and energy-efficient living environment for residents. The comprehensive scope of work included interior upgrades, system-wide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, as well as accessibility and sustainability enhancements.

Beyond the physical transformation, this project was defined by meaningful engagement with the community. We built strong, lasting relationships with the tenants—particularly with the Tenant Association Board of Directors—through open communication, collaboration, and shared commitment to the long-term success of the building and its residents.
